 21 Indian origin students awarded ISA scholarships for 2025

Four Indian American and 17 Indian students, are among 33 student from seven countries to win the 2025 scholarships from the International Society of Automation (ISA), the leading professional society for automation. They have been awarded $66,000 to support tuition and research activities.


ISA scholarships are awarded to college or university students who demonstrate outstanding potential for long-range contribution to the fields of automation, instrumentation, systems and control. The scholarship awards support tuition and related expenses and research activities and initiatives.


“On behalf of ISA, I am honored to congratulate this year’s exceptional scholarship recipients,” said Claire Fallon, ISA CEO and executive director. of Durham, North Carolina based organization.

Manikandan Pandiyan, University of Michigan – Ann Arbor – Ann Arbor, Michigan, US, 2025 General Education Fund; 

Prapti Bordoloi, University of Minnesota – Twin Cities – Minneapolis, Minnesota, US, 2025 General Education Fund;

Rohit Kiran Gavali, Parsons School of Design – New York, New York, US, 2025 General Education Fund.
