Dipak Pandya joins iCIMS as Chief Technology Officer

Indian American executive to lead talent acquisition software company’s engineering team as it develops cutting-edge solutions for its customers

Indian American tech executive Dipak Pandya has joined iCIMS, Holmdel, New Jersey-based leading talent acquisition software company, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Pandya will lead the company’s engineering team as it develops market-leading products that help organisations hire top talent faster, smarter and at scale, according to a company release. He brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and a track record of leading, transforming and scaling global technology and product teams.

A multi-time CTO and chief product officer of PE-backed SaaS businesses, Pandya has held technology leadership roles at NuORDER by Lightspeed, EagleView, eBay Enterprise, Lockheed Martin, Smarsh and International SOS.
He is the founder and managing director of Saha Growth Partners, a tech consulting practise, and is on the board for Ntirety. He previously served as executive director in the technology consulting group at Vista Equity Partners.

The company was recently named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape Worldwide Talent Acquisition 2025 Vendor Assessment and was also named a Top Performer in talent acquisition by The Hackett Group, it said.
